Cindy grew up in the ocean, cultivating a deep appreciation for nature and an active lifestyle. Now based in Singapore, she advocates holistic well-being, integrating mindfulness and movement into her daily life. She enjoys martial arts, yoga, surfing, outrigger canoeing, and nutrition. Connecting herself with nature gives her energy and centers her ways of being. Her yoga and meditation practice keep her responsive and moving through life with an open heart. She is fluent in English and Korean, highly proficient in Japanese, and speaks basic Mandarin Chinese.

Professional and Leadership Experience

With over 16 years of experience in HR, management consulting, and business development, Cindy has worked in regional and global roles with technology start-ups, government, multinational corporations, and global consulting firms. She has also managed teams across 25 countries, providing strategic business partnering with stakeholders, team leadership, and executive coaching. Through her broad experience, she understands the challenges faced by all talent levels, teams, and organizations across various functions and industries.

Education and Continuous Learning

Cindy holds a B.A. in Education from the National University of Pusan and studied Japanese Language at the University of Osaka. She earned an M.A. in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and is a certified leadership coach through the Evidence-Based Coaching Program. She has trained in integral coaching with New Ventures West and holds certifications from The Leadership Circle and The Narrative Enneagram. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
